In many cases, SDD provides an inline finishing solution to improve the quality of booklets. However, having an inline solution is not essential. Why not keep it simple and add an offline solution?

SDD offers this solution too! That’s an offline 2-Side Trimmer with a SquareFold module option. This Trimmer cuts the top and bottom of the booklet which gives it a much-improved appearance. The SquareFold module flattens the booklet and creates a square spine… think about printing on the spine, for example. Then you have created the ultimate professional-looking booklet!

And, it’s a versatile solution:

  • Capable of handling a wide range of booklet sizes and media types
  • Smallest booklet size is just 120mm x 120mm
  • Pre-programmable for regularly used jobs

In combination with the Fuji Xerox SquareFold Trimmer it is possible to produce professional full-bleed, flat booklets. The 2-Side Trimmer can be easily set-up through the digital display and has a very small footprint. The side trim can be adjusted quickly and precisely. Various jobs can be saved in the memory.
